It sports a high-end built-in MM (moving magnet) phono stage and two line level inputs. The Rega io flaunts its one-of-a-kind class A/B circuit that shares its roots proudly with Rega's other esteemed amplifiers. It resonates through handpicked components such as Sanken output transistors and an Alps volume potentiometer and a linear power supply capable of outputting 30 watts per channel into 8 ohms.
Ready to take your audio source to the next level, the Rega io delivers two line level inputs and a stellar quality moving magnet phono input. The front of the compact powerhouse also presents a headphone output, by propensity of the unit's power amplifier stage via relays - thereby ensuring no signal degradation when inserting headphones or muting the device.
Each Rega - io - Amplifier comes with a redesigned mini remote control handset. It plays host to an array of specifications offering a highly responsive frequency range between 15 Hz and 40 kHz for the phono and 12 Hz to 43 kHz for the line. The power outputs can comfortably accommodate 230/115 V supply voltage with a capacity to produce 30 W RMS through both channels into an 8 Ω rated load.
